Pre-Wired — Just Connect!

Forget restrictive, one-size-fits-all power stations with small, non-expandable batteries. Choose a system designed to grow with you:
Most portable power stations don’t use a 12V battery bank internally. Instead, they rely on higher-voltage battery packs—typically 24V or 48V. While 12V is a common output for powering car accessories, it’s rarely the actual voltage of the main internal battery. Using a higher internal voltage improves efficiency by reducing current draw and minimizing heat buildup.

• SolarBoard $499 No tax.
• 4x 250w solar panels (1,000 watts): $400 No tax.
• 2000W Inverter 48V to AC 120V, 3600W Peak $141.36
• 48V 2,560Wh Lithium Battery 50ah (equivalent to 200ah at 12 V) $224.99
TOTAL = $1,265.36

This sample system can power a refrigerator, microwave, and nearly any standard appliance you can plug in. However, it is not recommended for continuous air conditioning use.
One of its standout features is its expandability. Unlike traditional power stations, you can increase its capacity by adding more batteries and upgrading the inverter—up to 5,000 watts of 120-volt AC output. With additional SolarBoards, you can also scale up the number of solar panels as needed.

MODEL 1 provides 20 amps of charging at 48 volts, supports up to 1,200 watts of solar panels, and delivers up to 5,000 watts of AC inverter power (10,000 watts peak) with a 48-volt battery bank.
To expand beyond 1200 watts of solar panels, you can:
• Request a larger custom controller to handle more or
• Add an additional solar board, giving you another 1,200 watts of capacity while still connecting to the same battery bank.
What about a shunt?
If your battery is already well charged by noon and everything is wired correctly, most people don’t really need a shunt. You can get sufficient information from the Bluetooth app. The extra cost and wiring typically aren’t worth it—unless you’re trying to track down parasitic power loss, rarely reach a full charge, or need remote monitoring.
Personally, I don’t use a shunt anymore. I used to, but I’ve found that monitoring the voltage is enough for my needs. For instance, I know that anything above 51V means the battery is around 80%, and anything over 52V indicates a full charge. Since shunts need periodic calibration to remain accurate, I prefer simply checking the voltage myself. That said, some people really like having a shunt—and if you’re one of them, we do offer them as an optional add-on.
When you purchase batteries from us, we include all the necessary connection cables to convert to 48 volts, custom-cut to the exact length required to connect your solar board to the batteries. Inverter cables are provided with your inverter purchase. Please note that the solar board comes as shown, without battery or inverter cables. No one can beat our prices on panels, batteries, and inverters.

Victron Energy products are designed to withstand significant vibrations associated with mobile use. They coat all electronics with a conformal layer to enhance durability and prevent movement during vibrations.
Victron further enhances their resilience by potting their MPPT charge controllers with epoxy. In contrast, brands like Growatt, and other all-in-one systems are primarily designed for stationary use in homes, garages, and sheds and are not necessarily designed for vehicle use.
A Victron MPPT 450/200 controllers can support over 10,000W of solar panels, enabling seamless integration with other high-quality mobile components. Plus, it is dead silent which is great for when you’re out in the quiet wilderness.
Although a Victron system may have a higher upfront cost, it is a worthwhile investment for mobile applications and, in many cases, essential for safety.
To ensure maximum protection, always use components specifically designed and safety-certified for mobile environments. Continuous movement and vibration can loosen wiring connections, increasing the risk of electrical hazards.
